Tabbouli

 

Tabbouli is a national dish of Lebanon. I don't think there is a household in Lebanon who doesn't serve it. It is a salad served at dinner parties, tea parties, coffee mornings, and evening snack and with a drink, in fact at any time of the day. In Lebanon it is thought that a woman's cooking skill is judged by her Tabbouli.
